Rose Bruford College of Theatre & Performance
London is the capital city of England and of the United Kingdom. An important settlement for nearly two millennia, London is an international leader in business and finance, politics, education, entertainment, fashion and culture, all of which contribute to its status as one of the world's major global cities. Founded in 1950, Rose Bruford College provides a range of learning and research experiences at the highest levels to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills in an environment that places theatre and performance practice at the center of the learning experience. The practice-based nature of the program requires an extensive range of specialist studios, workshops, rehearsal, and performance spaces. The new campus now provides excellent facilities that include two theatres; two fully equipped black box studio theatres; ten fully equipped rehearsal, movement and voice training studios; a costume and wardrobe complex for costume construction and maintenance; two digital recording studios; two fully equipped lighting design laboratories; a scenic workshop complex; theatre design studios with CAD facilities; Stage Management and production teaching studios; and two lecture studios with audio-visual facilities.
